If you successfully complete your training at KettenWulf and demonstrate commitment, you have a good chance of staying with the company. We attach great importance to the individual development of our trainees during their training. Afterwards, a permanent position will open up various career paths, further training and promotion opportunities.

When should I apply?

It is best to submit your application one year before the training begins.

Industrial training

KettenWulf is a leading international industrial company that trains highly qualified employees in the industrial sector. Most of the training takes place in our own modern training centre. We deepen theoretical content and teach practical skills on machines. Digitalisation, artificial intelligence and automation play a key role in ensuring that our apprentices are well prepared for the demands of modern industry.

Commercial training

In the commercial area, we provide training in the professional fields of sales, purchasing, financial accounting, human resources and distribution. Our international locations and cooperation with global teams offer you valuable insights into KettenWulf's worldwide business activities. In addition to practical training, we also provide regular internal training to expand your specialist knowledge. You will gain insights into technical areas of the company, for example through a training course at our in-house training centre. Covering topical subjects such as artificial intelligence and automation, we prepare you for the future of industry.

The international nature of our company allows you to gain experience in dealing with different languages and cultures. After successfully completing the training, we will offer you a permanent position. 

Dual study programme in the Sauerland

Sound theoretical and practical training is essential for your successful professional career. KettenWulf's technically demanding products require well-trained specialists. If you don't want to choose between an apprenticeship and a degree programme, the dual study programme is just the right thing for you to combine theory and technology.

The dual study programme at KettenWulf enables school leavers with a technical or university entrance qualification to study for a degree with a qualification certified by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Interesting internships

We offer school pupils and students in many fields the opportunity to get to know our company and our various fields of activity during an internship. You will gain valuable insights into our products, production and many other activities at KettenWulf.

• Day placement as part of the Kein Abschluss ohne Anschluss (KAoA) programme that supports the transition from education to work
• Student internship in all training occupations
• Voluntary internship during the holidays

Would you like to get to know a company and earn some money at the same time? KettenWulf offers students the opportunity to take a holiday job. This allows you to experience our company on site, gain practical experience and get a first insight into the world of work. We look forward to seeing you!

Trainee Days & Apprentice Magazine

Training is live and kicking! We show you this on our Apprentice Days video platform, where we present our apprenticeships so that you can get a much better picture. If you like, you can browse through our Apprentice Magazine, which is published regularly and presents our training positions. We will gladly send this to your home.

Training centre

Some time ago, KettenWulf began to focus intensively on the topic of training and created a training centre for this purpose. Our training centre combines and promotes the concepts of performance, teamwork, innovation, creativity and fun. This ensures the best possible, balanced education.

In the training centre, 24 apprentices can work at workbenches at the same time and learn the fundamentals of engineering. This creates a sound basis for later working in the different areas of the training centre – adapted to the training occupation.
