Every company has to continually question itself in order to identify blind spots and discover new paths. KettenWulf has therefore established various quality initiatives that lead to the continuous optimisation of our services.

We are increasingly investing in state-of-the-art measuring equipment in order to carry out effective special tests, especially for critical components and/or new products. Your advantage is palpable: You can always rely fully on the usual high quality product standard of KettenWulf.

Close cooperation with customers, universities and independent laboratories ensures continuous feedback, which we use to further optimise our products and processes.

Quality management

Customer satisfaction and trust are the cornerstones of the KettenWulf Group's corporate philosophy. To guarantee the consistently high quality of our products, we have been certified in accordance with the strict DIN EN ISO 9001 guidelines.

We have implemented our quality management system in all production and management processes. The consistently high quality of our products fulfills the quality requirements of our customers. From quotation through to the final checks, we do everything to deliver only the best quality to our customers.

All individual parts and finished products are subject to our regular quality controls. We test wear behaviour, fatigue strength and breaking load using state-of-the-art technical equipment. For example, we use a roller test bench, a high-frequency pulser for fatigue strength tests and a calibrated tensile testing machine with a force of up to 3000 kN.
