KettenWulf uses the latest FEM tools to determine the load limits of the individual products, thereby achieving the appropriate operational reliability.  

By using these tools as early as the development phase of chains and other components, we can calculate and simulate stresses and deformations of the components. This allows us to identify and avoid design errors even before series production begins. 

In addition to eliminating weak points, the products can also be specifically optimised for weight using FEM analyses. This targeted geometry optimisation reduces the operational weights of the products by up to 30% in some cases. This weight reduction entails less handling effort and significantly reduces energy consumption for long-term sustainable system operation.
